Alberta High-speed Rail's service will provide unparalleled service to passengers. Hourly departures in both directions will be offered from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Comfortable and practical, passengers will be able to use the train as their "office on rails", in air-conditioned comfort, complete with internet and cell-phone access with power outlets at their seats. Conference rooms will be available for those wishing to hold a private meeting while on board. Satellite radio and television will be available for the more casual traveler. Food and beverage service will be provided in a Bistro-like environment.

High platform boarding and disembarking as well as the modern interior design of the trains, will ensure accessibility for all. Reservations will be available on-line and self-serve ticket machines will be located at the stations.
